Coming to the packaging, It comes in a short silver and black bottle which looks very attractive. It has a very fine brush tip which makes it very easy to draw sharp and precise lines especially when applying a winged eyeliner. I like thinner brushes more than the thicker ones as they provide more control and there is less chance of messing up.
It has an intense black colour which is why I adore this! It applies wet and dries down to a matte finish within a minute. It does not dry super fast on the eyes so you have to be careful and until it gets completely dry because there is a chance that it will transfer on your crease so wait for a minute, let it set properly and do not touch it while its drying. The formula is super wet, same like other liquid liners.

Staying power of this eyeliner is good but not as great as my maybelline one. However if you don't rub your eyes it will not budge through out the day. Taking it off is very easy, atleast alot easier than maybelline gel eyeliner. You can easily take it off with a cotton pad soaked in makeup remover or with just soap and water.
Overall I would say that it is not the best one in the drugstore but it does the job well and is super cheap aswell. It has a jet black colour which is why I love it. Not as long lasting as the maybelline one but lasts quite long if you don't rub your eyes. The brush is just perfect to get a sharp thin and even line plus it is super inexpensive! I would definitely keep using it and would repurchase because this one is perfect for everyday use.
I bought this for 475 rs from imtiaz super store in karachi.
MY RATING:
I would have given full marks to it only if it lasted a bit long.
